Account Removal Information

We collect information you provide enabling us to conduct services with you. You can find out more about how we keep your information private in our privacy policy.

If you would no longer wish to conduct services with us, you can request your account to be removed:

- Make sure you have saved a copy of any information you wish to keep from our services, as we can not recover this information once the request has been processed as all of your data is removed.

- Open a support ticket by contacting us at info@spritely.co.nz you must raise the removal request from the email you signed up to our service with.

- We will process your request and aim to get back to you within five (5) business days.

- Once the removal has been processed we will email you a confirmation your information has been removed and your account will no longer be available to access our services.
