As remote patient monitoring (RPM) becomes an increasingly important part of health systems around the world, NZHIT has just released The NZ Remote Patient Monitoring guidelines.
According to our CEO Christopher Dawson, RPM in New Zealand is still very much in its infancy but it has a very important role to play in the future of our health system.
Spritely helped author the NZ RPM guidelines and last week Christopher was invited to participate in a panel discussion about Telemonitoring and Remote Patient Monitoring.
This was a popular event with thoughtful contributions from a variety of panelists. Key themes include health equity, access to health, funding for remote care and wrap around care services.
